Terms and Conditions

By booking with Pretty Glamm, you agree to the following terms and policies:

• My paid deposit will be credited towards my total balance for my appointment. All payment balances must be paid by me in full once service is received, and there are no refunds. All electronic payments made to Pretty Glamm Beauty, including with a credit or debit card, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App, are FINAL and cannot be refunded. 

• Deposits are non-refundable, however deposits can be credited for future appointments of any service. This does not apply to deposits paid for same-day appointment services.

• I must cancel my appointment no later than 24 hours before my appointment. This does not apply to same-day appointment services. No-call no-show to my appointment may result in denial of services with Pretty Glamm Beauty in the future. 

• For same-day appointment services ONLY: all deposits are not refundable, and are not transferrable no matter if I cancel my appointment, or do not show up to my appointment.

• There is a 15 minute grace period for clients who are running late. I understand that I, the client, must call or text in advance if I will be more than 15 minutes late to my appointment. Clients who are 15 minutes late or more, and without any communication to Pretty Glamm Beauty via phone call or text message, will be cancelled. 

• When applicable - Travel and Set Up Fee starts at $100 and is subject to approval by Pretty Glamm Beauty prior to booking.
